The best option would probably be to repair the machine, wouldn´t it? ;)
Otherwise get a new one, the C16 is not uncommon, so it should be easy
to obtain. I´d rather get a Plus/4 instead, though.

The Web-It is a normal 486 except for its instant connectivity to a TV
and its huge ROM (16 MB) containing PC DOS 7 and Windows 3.1. The ROM
also contains some (older) application software like Netscape Navigator
and stuff from Lotus. The reason they call it C64 (bloody heresy, btw ;))
is the emulator CCS64, which is also included in the ROM.
